Clinical Supervision

Our Clinical Supervision Approach

Brandi Washington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor (LCSW-S) with a strong background in medical social work, case management, and trauma-informed care. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, specializing in healthcare social work and integrated behavioral health. My experience in hospital settings has allowed me to collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, providing case management, emotional support, and advocacy for patients and families facing serious medical diagnoses. I pride myself on having a deep understanding of how to navigate complex medical systems, coordinate care, and support individuals through major life transitions.

My clinical approach is centered on creating a calming, warm, and encouraging space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences and integrate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help clients develop emotional clarity and resilience. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.
